Tammy Joy Eisenhart

Tammy Lead Vocals, Fiddle, Rhythm Guitar

Tammy's singing career got its start in 1991 with a band called Country Cookin'.   The band gained quite a bit of notoriety around their native Lehigh Valley, Pa.   This was due in no small part to the knockout lead singer who could evoke the style and substance of every legendary female country singer of the past 50 years while simultaneously adding her own spin to the song.   She was featured in the show "The Sounds of Nashville" in 1992.

The band eventually split up and Tammy spent the next few years working as a studio vocalist doing commercials and soundtracks.   At the same time, she was actively honing her skills on the guitar and fiddle.

Finally, the time seemed right to take to the stage again so Tammy formed Silverthorne.   The growth in popularity of Country music has pre-fabricated an audience that can appreciate her interpretations of both classic and modern Country hits.
